Tested them out on a small portion of the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania that was extremely rocky. Some areas of the trail in were just boulders to climb over. I only did about 10 miles and the Mboo soles and so far so good. No blisters or hot spots.

I am backpacking a long distance through hike called the continental divide trail- 3000 miles over 6 months. I loved the MBOO!! Saved my feet. First pair lasted 700 miles so I ordered 2 more pairs. Takes a long time to ship though.. great arch support and adds lots of cushion!

Very comfortable

I like them. Theyfeel nice on the bottom of my feet. I question how durable they will be on a lomh hike. And they are not Superfeet.

My feet always swell up badly on long hikes and by mile 6 my toes are being crushed. These seem to help with that somehow — the cushioning kind of gives way as my feet expand instead of fighting against it. Last hike was the most comfortable I've had in years

Comfortable but the metatarsal pad is fake does not have one! Which was a main reason why i purchased this.

Something else has arrived

When running a couple of times a week, my right foot's arch would hurt the next day. I have that arch higher than the left one, and that made the right plantar fascia bear more weight and bother me. With these insoles it no longer happens to me and I don't have pain.

I'm not saying they'll work well for everyone, but for the price, it's worth trying them if your problem is with plantar arch.

I have both models, the green one and the updated green version. I like the new version more because it doesn't have the metatarsal bump in the center and it's more comfortable for me. Now I have two pairs: one for the gym and another for running.

It’s good product

Grey underside mould not a hard plastic like the superfeet orthotics inserts. However superfeet does not have a metatarsal dome for my intermetatarsal bursitis.
